Privacy and Cookie Policy

The website kubifix.com is operated by TEAM IT & CC SRL (trading as Kubifix), VAT number RO22069797, with its registered office at Str. Henry Ford nr. 21B, Preajba, Dolj County, Romania.

Kubifix point of sale: ParkLake Shopping Center, Strada Liviu Rebreanu nr. 4, Bucharest, level -2, opposite Media Galaxy.

For any request regarding personal data you can write to us at parklake@kubifix.com or call us at 0730 881 800. We have not appointed a data protection officer (DPO).

The form contains exactly these fields:

• Name (required);
• Phone (required);
• E-mail (optional);
• Device brand and model (required);
• The device problem (required);
• Message with additional details (optional);
• the checkbox confirming your consent to the processing of your contact details for the purpose of the estimate.

We do not ask for and do not need sensitive data. Please do not include in your message information that is not necessary for assessing the device.

• to reply to your request;
• to assess the device you describe;
• to send you an estimate or a price quote;
• to organise the repair service you requested.

Data submitted through the form is processed in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a service contract, or to perform such a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where applicable, we also rely on our legitimate interest in replying to the requests we receive and keeping a record of them (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

For usage statistics (Google Analytics 4) the legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the cookie banner. You can withdraw it at any time from Cookie settings.

The form is protected against abuse and automated submissions by Cloudflare Turnstile. This check is a necessary security measure for the form to work; it involves sending Cloudflare minimal technical data (including the IP address and browser information) in order to validate that the request comes from a person. The verification token is not used for any other purpose and is not passed on to other providers.

Messages sent from the form are delivered to us by e-mail using the Resend service, which acts as an e-mail sending provider. The content of your message is processed by Resend strictly in order to be delivered to our mailbox.

The website is hosted and delivered through the hosting infrastructure used in this project. The infrastructure provider may process technical data necessary for delivering the pages and securing the service (for example the IP address and server-level access logs).

We use Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID G-DEK1JZXVYV) to understand how the website is used. The Google Analytics script is not loaded and no request is sent to Google until you accept the “Analytics” category in the cookie banner. Before your decision, all Google Consent Mode v2 categories are set to “denied”. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not use Google Ads.

After acceptance, Google Analytics may process data associated with online identifiers (for example session and user cookies) in order to generate statistical data about the use of the website.

The events tracked after acceptance are:

• page views;
• clicks on WhatsApp buttons and links;
• clicks on phone call links;
• clicks on location/map buttons;
• successful contact form submissions.

For these events we send, at most, a general value indicating the area of the page the click came from (for example “header”, “hero”, “contact”, “footer”). Your name, phone number, e-mail address and message content are never sent to Google Analytics, and neither is the Turnstile verification token.

• Cloudflare (Turnstile) — protecting the form against abuse;
• Resend — delivering the form messages to us;
• the provider of the website hosting infrastructure.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for marketing purposes. We may disclose it to authorities only where the law requires us to.

Some of the providers mentioned above are international companies and may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States. In those cases, transfers take place on the basis of the applicable legal mechanisms provided by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or other instruments used by the providers. We can only rely on the information they provide and we do not confirm certifications or guarantees that cannot be verified.

• requests and messages received through the form: a maximum of 12 months after resolution, except where retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations or to defend a legal claim;
• your cookie choice: 6 months; after this period the banner is shown again so you can reconfirm your option;
• Google Analytics cookies: lifetime configured to a maximum of 6 months;
• user-level and event-level data in Google Analytics 4: 2 months, according to the data retention setting of the GA4 property.

The website only uses the technologies listed in the table below.

We do not use advertising, profiling or social network cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from Cookie settings, and cookies can also be deleted from your browser settings.
